Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or mistakes made during the ordering process.
Eligible Refund Requests

- The item arrived with a verified manufacturing defect.
- The item was damaged during transit.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Requests submitted without supporting evidence may not be approved.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
