Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Estimated delivery times are typically between 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be announced on our website or social media channels.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Okean Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Okean Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or because it was not claimed by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

International Orders

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
